Episode 19: Gut Health

The gut is so much more important than most of us ever realized to our whole well being, including to our mental health. Through its role in detoxification, inflammation and immune function, problems in the gut can be the true culprit for problems in other areas and functions in the body including our skin, heart, bones, allergies and asthma, hormones and weight.

Today I’ll be covering leaky gut, the havoc it can wreak on your whole body and well being, all of its causes, and a bunch of different holistic remedies for repairing the gut, balancing the microbiota and preventing the overgrowth of yeast and other fungus.
