Episode 24: The Subconscious

A big part of cleaning up our lives requires us to change up bad habits, which can be a lot easier said than done. Last week on TCLP, I talked about how all our habits and everything that is “automatic” to us is governed by the subconscious. That’s why it’s important for us to learn how to work with our own subconscious minds and get them on board with the healthy changes we want to make in our lives. Today I’m going to be covering some effective methods to work with our subconscious minds to create cleaner habits that become so automatic we don’t even have to think about them. 🩷
